You’ve entirely missed the point. Marketing almost exclusively to women and creating a culture where fashion sense and cooking skills are touted as necessary aspects to a woman’s self-worth and success in life while simultaneously cutting them out of the decision/profit making in these areas is definitely OPPRESSION.
